摘要 研究了新型抑制剂DPS对铜钼人工混合矿和铜钼混合精矿的分选性能 ,并探讨了它对黄铜矿的抑制与矿浆电位的关系。结果表明 ,DPS对黄铜矿和方铅矿有选择性抑制作用 ,在矿浆pH值为 10左右分选w(Mo) =15 14 %、w(Cu) =2 0 3 %、w(Pb) =0 0 9%的铜钼混合精矿 ,获得w(Mo) =2 8 2 6%、w(Cu) =0 96%、w(Pb) =0 0 3 5 %的钼精矿 ,钼回收率为 94 75 %。 The behaviour of DPS in separation of Cu-Mo mixture and mixed Cu-Mo concentrate was investigated, and the relations of DPS with chalcopyrite depression and pulp potential were discussed. The results showed that DPS has selective depressing effect on chalcopyrite and galena. When the mixed Cu-Mo concentrate containing 15.14% w(Mo), 2.03% w(Cu) and 0.09% w(Pb) was separated at a pulp plt of 10, Mo concentrate containing 28.26% w(Mo), 0.96% w(Cu) and 0. 035% w(Pb) can be obtained with a recovery of 94.75% Mo. The depressing effect of DPS on chalcopyrite resulted from reduction in potential of pulp.
