韶钢二钢厂连铸设备存在的问题及整改意见

The existing problems and modification measures of the continuous casting equipment at No.2 Steel making Plant of SISG

就目前二钢厂ROKOP连铸机现存在结晶器漏水、导向段结钢及变形、引锭杆变形及拉断、拉矫机和振动台减速机易损坏和出坯长辊减速机损坏太多等几个主要设备问题进行原因分析 ,并提出强化管理、杜绝违章 ,提高维护、点检质量 ,依靠科技进步 。

The main equipment problems about ROKOP continuous casting machine at No.2 Steel Making Plant are summarized, these problems are as following: mould cooling water leak, secondly cooling pile_up scrap and transform, dummy bar transform and break, easy damage for the reducer of straightener and oscilation, more damage for the reducer of dis_charge rollers. Some modification measures are proposed to resolve problem, namely intensifying equipment management, enhancing machine safeguard, depending on the advanced science and technology, improving the capacity of equipment and technology etc.
