本文简述了切削液的发展 ,指出在世界上有关健康、环保要求日益严格的今天 ,切削液存在的根本问题是其对人体和环境的危害性 ,提出了一些解决方法 ,认为研制对人和环境友好的绿色切削液是最符合目前切削加工发展需要的解决方法 。

The development of cutting fluids was described briefly in this paper, then its harm to human health and environment were emphasized as the human health and environmental protection became the voice of the world Some methods for solving these problems were put forward, and development of the green cutting fluids which made friends with human and environment were supposed to be the best method according with the requirements of development of cutting technology, and its feasibility was discussed
