摘要
汉代《列女传·鲁季敬姜传》中曾提及八种织机部件的名称和功用。这八个部件恰能构成一架当时的双轴织机,其中幅为幅撑、画为筘、物为棕刷、捆为开口杆、综为综杆、均为分经木、轴为卷轴、(木商)为经轴。斯坦因在新疆和田发掘到的一块传丝公主画版还表明:这种类型的织机一直到唐代仍在使用。
Jingjiang's Instructions on Weaving of the Han Dynasty(206 B.C.—A.D.220)makes mention of the names and functions of the eight partsof a loom.A two-bar loom may be constructed with just these eight parts:fu(幅),width-keep;hua(画),reed;wu(物),brush;kun(梱),shed-stick;zhong(综),heddle;jun(均),warp-separating bar;zhou(轴),fabric beam;and di(樀),warp beam.According to the picture on a boardunearthed from Khotan,Xinjiang by A.Stein,this kind of loon was stillin use in the Tang Dynasty(618—907).
