摘要
本文是在参阅中日两方面有关文献的基础上,搜录了明清两代赴日中国医师共27人,首次较系统和全面地介绍他们的事迹和影响,部分人员史料尚属初次披露。他们在日本所起的作用和影响为:(1)传授中医诊疗实际技能;(2)传授中医专科秘术;(3)为日本高层次汉医解决医学理论上和医疗实际中的疑难问题;(4)传播本草学知识和实际经验;(5)在一定程度上影响日本汉医学术流派的形成。此外,本文还对中国医师赴日的原因和历史背景进行了探讨,并对若干史实进行了考证。
By consulting relevant Chinese and Japanese documents,this articlecollects and records twenty-seven Chinese physicians who visited or migra-ted to Japan in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and gives for the first timea systematic and detailed account of their deeds and influences.The historicalmaterials about some of them have never been revealed before.The functionsand influences exerted by the Chinese physicians in Japan may be summa-rized as follows:(1)Teaching the practical skill of traditional Chinese medi-cine in diagnosis and treatment to Japanese physicians;(2)Teaching thespecial secret arts of traditional medicine to Japanese physicians;(3)An-swering medical questions for Japanese superior physicians;(4)Teaching theknowledge and experience of the application of Chinese medicinal herbs;and(5)Influencing to a certain extent the formation of the different medicalschools of Japanese Han medicine.The article also inquires into the reasonsand historical backgrounds of the Chinese physicians' going to Japan,anddoes textual research on certain historical facts.
