中国传统响铜器的制作工艺

PROCESSES OF THE MANUFACTURE OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE BRONZE PERCUSSION INSTRUMENTS

古籍及考古发现表明中国响铜器的使用和制作具有悠久的历史.本文通过对广西博白县一家响铜器生产小作坊及武汉锣厂、北京民族乐器厂怀来响器分厂的实地考察,了解到响铜的成分及响铜器的制作过程,并对中国传统响铜器的制作工艺加以概括的介绍.

Accounts in ancient books and archaeological finds indicate that the production of bronze percussion instruments has a long history. Through an investigation in a small bronze percussion instrument workshop of Bobai County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Wuhan Gong Making Factory and the Huailai Branch Percussion Instrument Factory of the Beijing National Musical Instrument Factory, the authors of this paper get to know the composition of percussion bronze and the processes of making bronze percussion instruments, and gives a general description of the processes of producing traditional Chinese bronze percussion instruments.
