摘要
本文论述了唐宋时期的食糖和生产制作工艺,进一步说明了唐宋时期已经初步形成了中国古代食糖消费与生产的基本格局。
This paper disieusses the production and refining of sugar in the Tangand Song Dynasties,and stresses the point that the basic structure ofancient China's consumption and production of sugar had already beenformed during that period.
