摘要
通过理论计算 ,研究了采用在飞轮上预制残余应力的方法提高飞轮储能能力的可行性 ,并采用局部不均匀冷却温度场技术 ,有效地改变了飞轮中的应力分布状态 ,提高了飞轮的储能能力。
Increasing the rotating speed of a flywheel can improve the ability of energy storage in it. The asymmetrical distribution of stress in a high speed rotating flywheel can affect the safety and longevity in working. The feasibility of improving the ability of energy storage in a flywheel by the way of inducing compressive residual stress was studied by theoretically. The results show that the ability of storing energy can be improved utmost 40% by changing the distribution of stress in the equivalent thick flywheel. The local asymmetrical cooling technology was used to change the stress distribution in the flywheel in tests. It can effectively change the distribution of stress. The ratio of improving in storing energy in first tests arrives at 15%. So this technology is a better method to improve the ability of energy storage in the flywheel.
