The paper analyzes the ways of combining organization and leading units of agricultural industrialization management with peasant families and classifys the developmeat type and organization mode of agricultural industrialization management. According to basic characteristics of organization mode, suitable operation system is discussed, giving theoretical basis for agricultural industrialization management.
