多价传染性支气管炎灭活油乳苗的研制与应用

Preparation and application of polyvalent oil adjuvant inactivated vaccines into Infectious Bronchitis(IB)

应用两株肾型传支当地分离株、配以传统的呼吸型传支病毒成功地研制了多价传染性支气管炎灭活油乳苗。经实验室检验及多年的大田试验 ,证明该疫苗安全可靠、无不良反应 ,其保护率在攻毒试验中达 90 % ,并使死亡率由5 5 %降为 0 % ;在大田试验中 ,与弱毒疫苗联合应用 ,保护率可达 98%以上 ,有效地预防了呼吸型和肾型传染性支气管炎。

Polyvalent oil adjuvant inactivated vaccines against Infectious Bronchitis(IB) were prepared successfully with two isolated strains of nephropathogenic IB virus and standard strain.The vaccines were detected under experimental and field conditions.The results showed that they were safe and effective,the immunity protective rate was 90%.So,the vaccines can prevent and control effectively traditional and nephropathogenic Infectious Bronchitis.
