摘要
本文采用Brabender转矩流变仪对煅烧陶土偶联剂改性及填充聚氯乙烯电缆料进行研究。KH590、NDZ201、NDZ311三种偶联剂分别处理的比未处理的粉烧陶土/PVC体系平衡扭矩明显降低;不同偶联剂及同一偶联剂不同用量,其降低幅度不同,以NDZ201,用量在(0.5—3)%处理煅烧陶土效果最佳。通过电子扫描电镜(SEM)从本质上了解偶联剂的作用。
By means of Brabender plasiti-corder, the paper has studied the char-
acter of coupling agents modified calcined clay and its application in PVC
cable compound. The balance torque of calcined clays in PVC cable
compound which has been modified with three kinds of coupling agents:
NDZ201 KH590. NDZ311 was reduced obviously compared with unmodified
one. Different kinds of coupling agents and different dosage of same
coupling agent made different reduction of torque. The best one (NDZ201,
dosage of(0.5--3)%) can get the best effect. Through SEM (scanning electric
mirror) the action of coupling agents can be learnt.
