反-头对头7-羟基香豆素二聚体8是由反-头对头7-乙酰氧基香豆素二聚体7,经水解、再内酯化合成的。7-乙酰氧基香豆素1通过光化学反应可二聚生成7。利用7与光活性赤-2-氨基-1,2-二苯基乙醇(ADPE)生成非对映体的化学拆分法,可将外消旋体7拆分,进而首次得到8的光活性体。
Anti-head-to-head 7-hydroxycoumarin dimer 8 is synthesized from anti head-to-head 7-aeetoxycoumarin dimer 7 by hydrolizing and relactonizing. 7-acetoxycoumarin 1 can be dimerized into 7 through photo-chemical reaction. By utilizing the chemical resolution that 7 and optically active erythro2-amino-1.2-diphenylethanol(ADPE) can produce diastereoismer, the resoluticn of eracemate 7 can be conducted so that optically active form of 8 can be obtained for the first time.
