摘要
本文在介绍LLDPE的发展和国外电缆行业应用概况之后,论述了LLDPE结构和流变特性的关系。并通过共混改性解决了用加工LDPE的设备加工LLDPE的技术难题,使新型高性能的LLDPE电缆料在电缆行业得到了广泛应用。
This paper introduces the deyelopment of Linear Low Density Poly-
ethylene (LLDPE) and its application in cable manufacture abroad.
It lays stress on dealing with the relationship between the structure and
the rheological characteristics of LLDPE. The technical problem in process-
ing LLDPE on the equipment uesd to process LDPE has been solved throgh
blending modlfication. This enables LLDPE, the new type of cable
compound with high performance, to find wide application in cable
manufacture.
