摘要
剖析股票回购的一般动因及我国股票回购的特殊动因——国有资本运营假说。通过对国有资本的目的及我国国有资本运营现状的分析,强调股票回购作为一种资本运营方式对我国国有资本目的的实现所具有的特殊意义,并就如何发挥股票回购的作用提出建议。
Analyzing the general agents of share - repurchase and the special agent of share -repurchase in China: the hypothesis on the operation of state - owned capital. Having had a good study of the aims of state - owned capital and its operation condition, the author emphasizes the significance of share - repurchase as a capital operation pattern to the realization of aims of state -owned capital and puts forward his suggestions about the functions of share - repurchase.
