In modern society, the capital market is the major field for the business financing and takes on the responsibility for the state - owned enterprises in China today. The enterprises need not only to finance fund, but what is more, they have to rebuild a joint - stock system, to clarify the relation of property right and to transfer the management pattern through capital market.
