通过编制适当的管理程序来提供友好的用户界面,是数据库系统从理论研究、实验阶段走向实用性、商品化阶段的重要标志之一。本文介绍了以ORACLE数据库管理系统为基础建立的中小型异步电机数据库系统的内容、其管理程序的结构层次、设计和编程方法。
