An Inquiry into the Relationship between the Marxian Dual Connotations of Management and the reform of State-owned Enterprises

随着经济活动市场化的发展 ,国企改革的深入 ,人们对管理的必要性和重要性的认识日益增强。科学把握马克思管理二重性的内涵 ,正确认识管理在经济活动中的地位和作用 ,准确理解管理在不同社会制度中的异同 ,对于我国深化国企改革 ,推动管理进步 ,有着极其重要的意义。

With the economic development and deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,more attentions have been paid to management,but management is the most studied and least understood affective factors in the reform of Chinese stated-owned enterprises.Based on the analysis on Marxian dual connotations of management,this paper presents that correct understanding of management to economic development and to different social systems are of great importance and will be beneficial to the reform of state-owned enterprises.
