摘要
本文通过对美国“新经济”深层原因的初步考察 ,除了从新的视角来认识美国“新经济” ,以澄清理论界和实业界的种种模糊认识外 ,其理论意义还在于说明 :经济学长期以来是两种思潮的交锋 ,政府干预主义经济学曾经一度大行其道 ,但导致了滞胀 ;而新自由主义经济学造就了美国“新经济” ,因而构成了美国“新经济”的理论基础。因此 ,美国“新经济”虽然对现代经济学提出了一系列挑战 ,现代经济学的基本格局也可能发生重大变化 ,但其实质仍然是自由主义和政府干预主义之争 ,其趋势无非是更加强调自由主义。
This paper analyzes the fundamental theoretic reasons which bring up American New Economy.It is the liberalist economics that consists of theoretic basis of American New Economy.Though economics faced serious challenges from American New Economy and will likely change greatly,the author argues that the trend is still directing to liberalist economics.No matter how new the paradigm may be,the idea is still liberalist.
