摘要
在国际经济一体化和新技术革命等因素的推动下 ,新世纪中 ,跨国公司的经营战略继续呈“全球化”走势 ,并将对“入世”后的中国经济产生重要影响。我国需要在吸引投资 ,制定正确政策 ,加强有效管理 ,减少消极影响等方面作出诸多努力。
Under the promotion of the international economy integration and new technology transformation,the management strategy of the transnational corporation keeps on the trend of globalization in the new century and will exert an important influence to the Chinese economy after China joins the WTO.China should make great efforts in the following ways,attraction of the investment,formulation of the correct policy,enhancement of the effective management,reduction of the negative influence.
