A Calculating Method for Transverse Loading Distribution Factor K_α in Timing Belt

本文根据带齿变形协调和受力平衡等关系,推导出带齿载荷分配关系式。为使现有带齿强度分析中的计算载荷更接近实际情况,文中采用载荷分配系数K_a对其进行修正,并确定出K_a的通用计算公式。

In this paper the transverse loading distributions on the teeth of timing belt are calculated according to the relations of the equilibrium between the deformations and forces. The calculating load is corrected by the transverse loading distribution factor K_α and the formula of K_α is given.
