摘要 本文提出了将电力系统特征值分析、控制与经济调度融为一体的新观点,即通过调整潮流分布来控制系沈的主导特征值,同时考虑系统的运行经济性;从而达到改善电力系统小扰动稳定性且又不失去很多系统运行经济性之目的。由此出发,应用多目标规划理论推导出一种小扰动安全-经济调度方法。以五机系统为例,对该方法进行了验证,结果是令人满意的。 In this paper, the author puts forward a novel viewpoint that power system eigenvalue analysis, control and economic dispatch can be coordinated. By adjusting power flow distribution to control system's dominant eigenvalues and taking system's operating economy into consideration, the small disturbed stability can be improved without losing much of the operating economy of a power system. With the application of multiobjective programming theory, a small disturbed stability and economic dispatch method has been developed from this new viewpoint. The method is tested in a 5-bus system and the results obtained show that the method is satisfactory.
