摘要
以某电厂 6 70t/h锅炉为原型 ,应用激光多普勒测速仪(PDA)对其冷态模型燃烧器区域的浓度场进行试验测量 ,研究发现 ,燃烧器六角布置的切向燃烧锅炉在炉膛角部和近壁区存在较高的煤粉浓度 ,成为高温受热面结渣的原因之一。
A 670t/h boiler in a power plant was acted as prototype,an experiment with Phase-Doppler Anemometer(PDA)was conducted to measure the concentration field at burner region of its cold model,study show,the tangentially fired boiler that adopt arrangement of burners in six-corner has high particulate concentration In the corner and near the wall,it is a reason why slag heavily high temperature heat-exchange surface.
