摘要
通过对引进美国福斯特·惠勒动力公司的高压加热器水位调整试验、主机运行中的高压加热器及高压加热器随主机的滑压启动滑压停机试验 ,分析高压加热器水位及温度变化率控制对高压加热器的影响 ,就高压加热器进行了水位抬高及控制方式的改变 ,提出现存亟待解决的高压加热器温度变化率问题。
Through the adjustment testing of condensate level in HP heater made from Fost Wheeler Corporations Technology,test of HP heater during start-up and stop of turbine with sliding steam conditions was made,it has been analyzed how the condensate level and temperature change control influnce on the operation of HP heater.In the aspect of condensate level rising and change of control mode is raised a problem,demanding prompt solution,how to deal with the condensate temperature change rate.
