陡河电厂200 MW锅炉热力计算分析

摘要 对陡河电厂未经改造的HG6 70 / 140 - 9型锅炉进行热力计算 ,相对于原来哈尔滨锅炉厂的原设计计算在炉膛计算部分有 3点修正 :(1)改用前苏联 1973年热力计算标准 ;(2 )采用杜卜斯基一卜劳赫炉膛出口烟气温度公式 ;(3)采用实测的ΔX数据。计算结果比较符合实际工况。对原设计计算和所做的计算进行了比较 ,并且对 2 0 0MW锅炉普遍存在的过热蒸汽超温、再热汽欠温进行了计算分析。 A thermodynamic calculation had been carried out in Douhe Power Plant for HG 670/140-9 type boiler which hadn’t been retrofitted.Compared with the original calculation in design provided form Harbin Boiler Works,it was modified in three aspects:adopting thermodynamic calculation standard promulgated in 1973 by former Soviet Union,applying Dubskploh gas temperature calculation formula at furnace outlet,and using actually measured data of Δx,In such case ,the calculation result is comparatively in conformity with the real operation status.The result has been compared with original calculation in design,and the reasons leading to over-temperature of superheated steam and insufficient temperature of reheated steam,existing widely in 200 MW boiler,have been calculated and analyzed.
