摘要
本文阐述了在磺纤维复合材料超声波振动钻削过程中对加工质量产生较大影响的加工参数的优化设计过程,其内容包含了优化数学模型的建立过程,优化计算方法,程序设计方法及计算结果,这个结果对于实现加工过程的计算机优化控制,提高加工质量及加工过程的稳定性,具有一定的意义。
In this paper a optimum design process is presented on machining parameters which have great effects on machining quanlities of ultrasonic vibrodrilling especially for the carbon fiber composition. It includes the establish of mathematical model, optimum caleulation method, computation programming method and computation answer. This answer is of great importance to the realization of optimum con troll process by computer during the machining process and the improvement of machining quanlities and the stability of the machining process.
