摘要
蝶形弹簧安全阀是锅炉压力容器的重要安全附件 ,用于防止系统压力超过允许的极限值。NSH安全阀在线定压仪可在机组运行的情况下 ,仅需 2～ 5s开启时间就可完成对安全阀进行在线性能检测和工作参数检测 ,也可对经检测不合格的安全阀进行在线整定 ;可以测量和记录安全阀的开启压力、阀杆行程和安全阀所在位置系统介质压力等参数。使用NSH定压仪校验安全阀节省了能源消耗 ,降低了噪音污染 ,提高了安全阀校验整定的精确度和工作效率。
Butterfly spring valves are important safety attachments of boiler pressure vessels,they are used to prevent system pressure from exceeding allowable limit value.When the unit is in operation,the title instrument can complete the detection of performance and operating parameters of a safety valve in 2～5 seconds,it can also make on-line setting the unserviceable safety valve after detection,measuring and recording the opening pressure,the stem travel,and the steam pressure at the location of safety valve.It is believed to use the said instrument can save steam energy,reduce noise pollution,and improve the precition and work efficiency of checking and setting safety valves.
