长山热电厂48sh-22 24sh-19型循环水泵技术改造

摘要 长山热电厂 1、2号泵房分别安装 6台 2 4sh - 19型和 4台 4 8sh - 2 2型循环水泵 ,运行情况表明这两种泵的设计扬程偏高 ,流量偏小 ,夏季 10台泵全部投入运行 ,循环水流量仍缺 10 0 0多t/h。此时各泵的运行工况点已偏离最佳工况点较远 ,运行效率低 ,耗电量大。采用壳体不动 ,只改叶轮和密封环的方案对两种泵进行技术改造后 ,2 4sh - 19G型和 4 8sh - 2 2G型泵的最高效率分别达到 87.2 6 %和88.4 8%。两种泵改造后由于流量增大、扬程降低、运行效率提高 ,耗电量大大降低。 10台泵全部改造后每年可实际节电 8.2 1× 10 6 kW·h。 There are 10 circulating water pumps in Changshan Thermal Power Plant,among them,6 pumps of 24sh-19 type were installed in pump house No 1,the other 4 pumps of 48sh-22 type were installed in pump house No 2,The operational practice shows,the designed effective head of pumps of this two types was high,but the flow of them was low.When 10 circutating wter pumps were putting into operation all together in summer season,the shortage of circulating water flow has still been 1 000 t/h.In such case,the operational point of each pump was far away from the optimal point,making operation effciency to be low and energy consumption to be high.Keeping the pumps’casing in its original state,only the impellers and sealing rings had been retrofitted,enabling the maximum efficiency of 24sh-19G type and 48sh-22G type of pumps to reach 87.26% and 88.28% respectively.After retrofit,the water flow has been increased,effective head lowered,and operation efficiency heightened,resulting in enormous reduction of energy consumption.The total annual practical energy-saving of 10 pumps added up to 8.21×10 6 kW·h.
