The Application of Fuzzy Sets Theory in Group Technology

本文提出了一种新的无编码分类成组的新方法—模糊聚类分析法。此方法是应用模糊数学的基本理论,根据成组技术的分类原则,对零件进行分类成组。本文提供了应用这一新方法进行分组的步骤,而且通过数学运算可以达到最佳分组,这是目前所存在的有编码分类不能实现的,并为计算机的应用提供了条件。

This paper presents a new method of classifying group With no coding, that is fuzzy clustering analysis method. According to the principle of dassifying, the method makes use of the fuzzy sets theory to classify parts into groups. The classifying precedures based on the method are also provided in the paper. And the method can achieve the optimal classifying group through mathematical calculation. It can not be realized by using the present coding dassifying, therefore, it is advantageous to apply the method to computer.
