摘要
针对600 MW汽轮发电机组转子-轴承系统的非线性特点,采用等载荷方法建立了采用短轴承模型的转子-轴承系统模型,并用数值积分和庞加莱映射方法在某些参数域中对其进行了非线性振动研究。对系统动力学特性随转速及偏心质量变化时的非线性行为进行了分析,并用李雅普诺夫指数对混沌系统的状态进行判断。
In view of the nonlinear characteristics of the rotor-bearing system of 600 MW turbogenerator unit, the nonlinear vibration of the rotor-bearing system on the assumption of short-bearing model is formulated by using equal load method, and its characteristics in some parameter range is studied by using numerical integral method and Poincaré maps in this paper. The nonlinear behavior of the system along with the changing of rotational speed and eccentricity is analyzed, and the state of chaotic system is determined by using Lyapunov spectrum.
