摘要
论证十八胺在气液两相中的分配系数约为1,指出它分解后的产物不会对水汽品质产生危害。对自行研制的DY-A新型热力设备停用保护剂进行的小型试验和工业试验表明,它能在金属表面形成一层具有良好保护作用的憎水性保护膜,且具有加药剂量低、稳定性好、对水汽品质无影响、投入产出比高等优点。
: It is expounded and proved that octadecylamine distribution coefficient in gaseous phase and liquid phase is about l, and the products of decomposition are not harmful to the quality of water and steam. The performance testings in laboratory and in-situ of new DY-A type preservative made by ourselves show that it can form a layer of hydrophobic film with good protective effect on the metallic surface and has the advantages: lower dosage, good stability, no bad effect on water and steam quality and high cost-effectiveness etc.
