摘要
阐述了增安型电动机堵转时 1 )集肤效应系数 ( KW )对某台电机而言应是常数 ,并作了物理意义解释 ,提出了计算公式 ;2 )温度系数 ( bn )是应用 6台电机转子实测堵转温升曲线 ,以作图方法求解出 ;3)考虑 KW、 bn 因素 ,提出了堵转时间 t E计算公式。
This paper describes that when the increased safety motor is locked:1)The skin effect coefficient kw should be a constant for a motor, of which, the physical meaning is explained and the calculation formulas are given. 2)Temperature coefficient is graphically solved using the locked rotor temperature rise curves measured by six motors. 3)The calculation formulas of locked rotor time t E is given in consideration of K W and b n.
