摘要
分析了周转轮系内部存在的振动干扰形式.推导出单自由度及差动周转轮系的内干扰频率方程,后者(差动轮系)是三维问题,干扰频率覆盖范围是空间中一系列平面族,使传动轴系出现共振的机会大增.实例计算表明,可以通过动力学参数调整,减少共振出现次数.所给出的内干扰频率计算公式.对于诊断传动轴系故障有参考价值.
In this paper the forms of the vibration disturbance inside the epicyclic gear trainare analysed.The frequency equations for the internal disturbance of the epicyclicgearing with one or two degrees of freedom have been built.The latter of them is a3-dimension problem,and the range of the disturbance frequencies covers a series ofplanes inside the 3-dimension space.As a result,the chance to cause the system reso-nance is developed.The calculation results indicate that in the design process of theshaft system,the chance of resonance can be reduced by turning the dynamicparameters.
