摘要 根据复合绝缘子压接连接界面结构部件间的组配特点和金具部件界面受外力塑变的规律 ,对金具部件所用材料性能、金具外压部位外部结构形状、金具塑变部位结构厚度、金具部件内孔尺寸公差和内孔表面粗糙度。 According to the characteristics in the assembling of end fitting at press tight joint interface of composite insulator and the plastic deformation law of the end fitting caused by external press in the assembly of the interface, the following characteristics are analyzed, the performance of the material for end fitting, the external shape of external portion of the end fitting being pressed, the thickness of the external part which is plastic deformed by pressing, the tolerance of the internal hole diameter of end fitting and the coarseness at the surface of the internal hole, the plastic deformed length at the junction of end fitting and core and its position and shape, etc. Finally, how to rationally select the structure size of hardware parts is suggested.
