摘要
动力装置轴系扭转振动计算中,经常遇到的一个问题是变速回转齿轮系如何处理。传统的方法忽略了轮系部分,建立力学模型时,将此整体部件简化成轴系中的单一惯量。计算精度较低.本文的基本出发点是展开齿轮装置部件,切实地考虑其中存在的弹性、阻尼等动力特性,并应用系统矩阵法和传递矩阵法进行数学分析;实现了回转轮系的轴系化,使回转轮系与动力轴系在力学模型上统一起来。
One of the important problems usually encountered in the calculation of a shaftsystem is how to deal with the speedchanging gear train.In general,the gear trainwas treated as a single inertia,and as a result,the errors could not be avoided.Inthis paper,based on the point of view of openning up the gear train,the stiffnessand dampings inside the gear-box are considered.The system matrix and the trans-fer matrix methods are used for the purpose of changing the rotary gear train into aform like shaft,so as to unify the physical models of both the gear train and theshaft.
