摘要 初步讨论了气体地球化学方法在顺义 4.5级地震震后趋势判断中的应用。研究表明 ,震中区土壤 Hg释放量快速衰减 ;延庆龙庆峡水库翻花冒气异常释放的主要气体 CH4 来源于生物成因 ,而非地震前兆异常。据此认为顺义地震之后 ,首都圈构造活动水平没有增强的趋势 ,并于1 996年 1 2月 2 7日提出未来 1 5天内首都圈发生 MS≥ 5. A preliminary discussion is made on application of gas geochemical method to prediction of seismic trend after Shunyi 4.5 earthquake. The research result indicates that Hg content in soil gas in the epicentral area was rapidly decreased. CH 4 is the main component of the escaping gas discharged from the anomalous site in Longqingxia reservoir, Yanqing County. It is mainly originated from biogenic reaction but not an earthquake precursor anomaly. According to the above result, it is suggested that the tectonic activity level is not turn to strengthen in the circum-Capital area after Shunyi 4.5 earthquake. Therefore, on December 17, 1996, it was predicated that an earthquake of M S ≥5.0 was less possible to occur in 15 days in the circum-capital area.
