西部大开发中的东西关系问题探讨——以粤、桂两省(区)为例

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EAST AND THE WEST IN THE GREAT DEVELOPMENT OF WESTERN CHINA ——A Case Study of Guangdong and Guangxi

以粤桂两省区为例 ,用地理哲学的理论为指导 ,深入分析了当前与西部大开发战略密切相关的 6个东西关系问题 :研究结果表明 ,用地理哲学规律剖析西部大开发战略实施的背景 ,可以加深对西部地区和大开发战略本质的认识 ,从而拓宽开发西部的思路 ,用正确的理论指导西部大开发的实践。

It is necessary for us to do some philosophical principle thinking on putting the strategy of “great development”of the western part of China into practice. By taking Guangdong and Guangxi as an example, 6 problems concerning the relationship between the east and the west of China are analyzed. They are: 1) the migration development policy that is characterized by the retreat for the sake of advancing; 2) the essential attribute of the resources of the western part; 3) the geographical location from quantitative change to quality change; 4) the unity of opposites between the east and the west; 5) substance of difference between the east and the west; 6) overcoming the shortage of the west that would be key point for the development of the west. It is shown that using geographical philosophy law to explain the background of the strategy for development of the western part will help us to use correct theory to guide the practice.
