摘要
攀枝花市位于川西南、滇西北的金沙江与雅砻江交汇之处 ,是我国 6 0年代三线建设时期崛起的新兴工业城市 ,是我国万里长江第一城。为了实现攀枝花城市可持续发展 ,我们采用遥感技术和常规方法相结合 ,获取攀枝花市地表基础信息 ① ,并按照可持续发展思路 ,对城市可持续发展基础条件与制约因素进行分析 ,在此基础上提出了攀枝花城市发展目标、发展方向和发展重点。
Panzhihua City is located in the southwest of Sichuan Province in China, at the junction of the two rivers Jinsha and Yalong. It is a new modern industrial city that has been built since the 1960′s on the upper reaches of the Changjiang River. The fundamental data by remote sensing technique and routine survey are captured and collected. The advantage conditions in development of Panzhihua City are listed, such as a great variety of highly concentrated mineral resources,the water power resources which can be exploited easily, the high quality of labor, and fast development of economy, ect. And the disadvantage conditions in development of the city are also listed, which include that the whole city is divided into 8 relatively independent sections, which scattered along the banks of the Jinsha River, the infrastructure of the city is comparatively poor, the utilized level of natural resources is comparatively low and ecological environment is being polluted. The goal of city development is to build a large modern city with comprehensive function by creating flourishing economy, raising the cultural and educational level of the people and protecting ecological environment. In order to achieve the goal, the government of Panzhihua should pay much attention to improvement of the infrastructure of the city, continue to develop the industries of steel and iron, vanadium and titanium, energy, and building materials as the mainstay, develop actively tourism industry, and exploit biological resources.
