单片微机在光栅数显表中的应用

摘要 本文研究了单片机在高精度位移,角位移测量系统中的应用.详细介绍了单片机的接口电路,位移、角位移的测量原理及软件编制方法.对判向、倍频电路,抗干扰及数据处理方面作了较深入的研究.光栅数显表采用了光栅尺位移、角位移传感器,信号经判向电路倍频整形后,由单片计算机完成计数及处理.该仪表具有显示、打印、存贮、通讯功能,广泛适用于科学研究及工业测量领域. In this paper,the applications of microcontroller in high precision length and angle grating system have bccn presented.interface circuits ,programming method and meas- uring principle of movement and angle have been introduced in detail.Research on di- rection judging circuits.anti-interference circuits and data processing have also been made profoundly.The grating readout system adopts the grating ruler as transducer of movement or angle,composed of microcontrollcrs.Thc signal is correctcd through shape-correcting circuit and processed by microcontroller computer.The readout has displaying,printing and communication functions.It can be widely used in scientific re- search and industrial measuring fields.
