Rn等于500的普通车床主传动系统的设计

摘要 本文提出了一种新的用简单结构实现大变速范围的机床主传动设计方法—主支+分支+回由分支.用分支传动与回曲传动作为第一扩大组.与基本组共同实现主传动的30级变速。并使 Rn 值达到500.该方法打破了常规设计的一般格套,不仅使传动件数少、变速范围大,而且,还提高了切削速度和传动效率,降低了传动齿轮的线速度和、空载功率和嗓声,提高了主轴刚度,分散了主轴支承的负载和发热.因此,这种方法对设计与制造廉价,优质的通用机床有一定的参考价值. This article introduces a new designing method for the primary transmission of the general turning machine,which can use a simple structure to achieve a great range of speed change,i.e.the main branch + the sub-branch+the returning cursive branch.It uses the branching tranmission and the returning cursive transmission as the first exten- sion group,achieves 30-grade change of the primary transmission together with the main group,and makes Rn reach 500;it has made a breakthrough from the general format of normal design,not only reduced transmission components and enlarged the range of speed change,but also raised machining speed and transmission efficiency, lowered the sum of linear speeds of transmission gears,the idling power and noise, raised the spindle stiffness and scattered the load of the basic spindle and the heating. Therefore,this designing method has a certain reference value for designing and making cheap and high-quality general machine tools.
