春用蚕品种苏花、春晖的育成及其一代杂交种的选配

BREEDING OF THE SILKWORM VARIETIES “SUHUA”,“CHUNHUI” AND THEIR HYBRIDS FOR SPRING REARING

以育成综合经济性状优于70年代推广的春用蚕品种为目标.采用杂交、回交、系统选育和活蛹缫丝等育种方法,经10余年的选择培育,育成了茧丝量高、茧丝质优的中系蚕品种苏花和日系蚕品种春晖.其一代杂交种经多次实验室鉴定、农村鉴定和试养以及全国蚕品种审定结果表明:强健好养,茧形大,茧层率26%,鲜毛茧出丝率接近20%,茧丝质优良,解舒率76%,净度94分.茧丝长超过1400米,茧丝纤度2.67旦,茧丝纤度综合均方差小.

For the purpose of breeding a new spring rearing silkworm variety with better character than varieties extended in 1970s, we have selected and raised silkworms for more than ten years by using of hybridization, back cross, line selection, fresh cocoon reeling etc. and succeeded in breeding Chinese variety 'Suhua' and Japanese variety 'Chunhui'. Both of them have high silk yield and excellent cocoon and silk quality. The identification results of the F, hybrid race in laboratory and countryside and the result obtained by the National Silkworm Variety Appraising Committee have showed: Silkworms of the new variety arc strong and healthy. They make big shape cocoons, with 26% cocoon shell ratio. Raw silk ratio of fresh cocoon is nearly 20%. This variety has excellent cocoon and silk quality. Its rcelability percentage is 76%, neatness 94 marks, size of filament 2.67 dcnicrs and one cocoon filament length more than 1400 meters. It has small comprehensive mean square error of silk filament size.
