光纤全息无损检测技术的研究

摘要 本文推导了光纤全息干涉双曝光法理论公式.公式表明:光纤全息干涉双曝光法是可行的,其再现干涉条纹的特点是叠加在模斑场的干涉条纹.对焊缝和复合材料板进行的光纤全息双曝光无损检测实验结果表明,物体变形前后的模斑干涉条纹很容易分辨,可清楚地看出缺陷的部位.说明光纤的引入对于全息干涉计量影响不大,能够进行高精度的无损检测.光纤全息干涉计量在危险、封闭系统中应用的关键性问题是如何加载问题.本文提出了一种有效的组合光纤式解决方法. The two-step exposure formula of fiber holography has been derived theoretically in this paper.The non-destructive tests of welding seams and compound material plates with the two-step exposure method of fiber ho- lography indicate that it is easy to distinguish the interference frings and see clealy the defective parts,showing that the introduction of fiber does not affect the calculation of holographic interference very much and it is possible to carry out high accuracy non-destructive tests,The key problem is how to solve the'load-on'problem in aperilous and closed system. A valid method has been presented here.
