摘要
本文主要描述准三模冗余系统双微机核的硬件故障检测机构及其一些设计细节,并对设置在总线上的双比较器的错误检测性能作了分析。分析表明,双微机核对于单故障和一类有序双故障具有非常类似于FSE(故障保险)的特征。
A quasi-TMR system cosists of two basic modules. X1-X2, which are the control core of the system, and an additional module M used for failure arbitration. This paper presents the fault detection hardware and some design details of the control core, and analyses the fault detection performance of the dual comparators installed on the core buses. Analysis shows that the control core has a feature very similar to FSE ( Fail Security ) for a single fault or some sequent double faults.
