摘要
对约束条件下的推进剂多孔床中的动态压缩进行了数值分析。用两相连续混合非平衡流的理论建立了描述动态压缩过程的数学模型。用MacCormack有限差分方法求解了控制方程。以活塞撞击HMX多孔床为例,将数值结果、实验结果以及稳态分析结果进行了比较,证明模型能很好的预测稳态压缩波特性。研究结果有助于弄清高能推进剂的冲击波起爆、燃烧转爆轰的机理。
A numerical study on dynamic compaction of porous propellant bedsunder confinement is presented in this paper. The two-phase continuum mixturenonequilibruim theory is applied to describe dynamic compaction processes. Thegoverning equations are solved by MacCormack finite difference method. As an example, HMX porous bed is studied for various piston-impact conditions and compared to experimental data and steady-state wave analysis. The model predicts reasonably well the observed steady compaction wave characteristics. This study can beapplied to investigate the machanisms of Shock to Detonation Transition and Deflagration to Detonation Transition for high energy solid propellants.
