摘要 肺神经内分泌细胞 (PNEC)主要是由单个肺神经内分泌细胞 (NEC)及神经上皮小体 (NEB)组成。从四十年代前发现这类存在气道上皮的独特细胞以来 ,学者们对 PNEC的研究兴趣颇大 ,特别是进入九十年代后 ,随着现代电生理学 ,分子生物化学和神经示踪等新技术的发展 ,对 PNEC有了更深的认识。十年间取得三个重要的发现为 :证实 NEB受感觉性神经纤维支配 ;PNEC可促进肺的发育和气道上皮细胞分化 ;NEB为一敏感的气道化学感受器。本文拟从以下几个方面对其进行综述 :形态和结构、胚胎发生、神经支配、分泌产物、鉴定、功能。
