摘要 脾是最大的外周淋巴器官 ,位于血循环通路上 ,每分钟约有全身血容量的 5 %流过 ,具有多种不可替代的功能。脾创伤后尽可能保留其功能显得尤为重要。近年来人们对脾结构及功能不断进行更深入的研究 ,认为脾的生理功能与其独特的组织结构及微循环有关 。
