多次环行切除法治愈巨大跖疣1例

A case of recalcitrant giant verruca plantaris treated by cyclo-excision

报道顽固性巨大难治跖疣 1例。患者男， 38岁，左足跟疼痛性增生物 4年。曾放疗、肌注干扰素，多次分区分片清除皮损，皮损仍反复复发，后改用逐层向内环行切除皮损的方法治愈。

This article reports a case of giant verruca plantaris resisted to routine therapy. A 38-year-old male patient of a painful mass on the plantar of his left foot for 4 years. The lesion relapsed despite radiotherapy, interferon injection and excision part by part for many times. Finally, the lesion was eradicated by cyclo-excision layer by layer.
