肾输尿管镜联合体外冲击波碎石治疗肾鹿角状结石

URL combined with ESWL for staghorn calculi

目的 :观察肾输尿管镜碎石术 (U RL )与体外冲击波碎石 (ESWL )联合治疗肾鹿角状结石的临床疗效。方法 :对 32例肾鹿角状结石先行 URL加留置双 J管 ,然后行 ESWL治疗。结果 :URL与 ESWL联合治疗后 ,随访 1～ 6个月 ,32例患者中 2 6例患者排净结石。结论 :URL与 ESWL联合治疗肾鹿角状结石 ,既能加快排石过程 ,又能保护肾功能 ,是一种安全。

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical results of URL combined with ESWL for staghorn calculi.Method:32 patients with staghorn calculi were treated with URL and then ESWL.Result:After URL combined with ESWL,success has been achieved in 26 out of the 32 and no severe complication has been observed during the 1～6 months follow up.Conclusion:URL conbined with ESWL not only eliminate calculi easier but also protect renal function.It is safe and effective and should be recommended.
