摘要
东北龙胆是一种常用中药,由于采挖过度,其产量急剧下降,甚至原产地亦感自给不足,急待引种栽培。本文就无性繁殖的两个方面——剪根移栽与扦插,进行了发育形态学研究,弄清了新根再生的条件、过程和特点,为通过无性繁殖挽救这一资源植物提供了理论依据。
Two experiments of Gentiana manshurica Kitagawa were made in labor- atory.The wound cambium forms firstly under several cell layers of the cut- ted surface of the roots.About 12 days after the meristemoids form near the cambium in suitable conditions.Then the meristems and the root primodia- are followed.Finally the regenerative roots are visible to the naked eyes about 20 days after.The other is catting experment at same conditions.Each cutting contains 4—6 nodes.The wound cambium,meristemoids,meristem, root primodia and regenerative roots appear as stated above in order.There are no callus discovered on the cutted surfaces of both root and stem of G. manshurica.This phenomenon,the organ forms without callus arised,is call- ed to direct regeneration.It is favourable to introduce this wild resourse pla- nt to cultivation with the method of asexual reproduction.
