摘要
目的 :探讨大鼠心脏房室结 (AVN)各部P细胞的细胞学和体视学的特征。方法 :SD大鼠 10只 ,切取AVN组织 ,经系列处理后Masson3色或HE染色 ,计算机图象分析仪测量各部P细胞的细胞学及体视学参数。结果 :①AVN由 4种细胞组成 ,即P细胞、T细胞、浦氏细胞及普通心肌细胞。②AVN由后向前 ,P细胞的核逐渐变小 ,核浆比下降。③AVN由后向前 ,P细胞的数密度、体积密度及表面积密度增加。结论 :①AVN由后向前 ,P细胞的分化逐渐成熟。②P细胞的差异及空间分布的不同可能与潜在起搏的部位及传导速度有关。
Objective:To study the cytological and stereological features of P cell in the different parts of the AVN in rat heart. Methods:The tissues containing AVN of 30 rats were dehydrated in series concentration mixture of alcohol and normal butyl alcohol, embedded in paraffin and cut serially. After being stained by Masson trichroism or HE sections were observed under microscopy. The cytological and stereological parameters were measured by the image analysis system.Results:①The AVN was composed of main four types of cells, P cell, T cell, Purkinje cell and normal cardiac working cell.②From the posterior part to the anterior part of the AVN, the nucleus dimension and the nucleocytoplasmic ratio of P cells gradually decreased. ③From the posterior part to the anterior part of the AVN, the numerical density, the volume density, the surface density of P cells gradually increased.Conclusion:①From the posterior part to the anterior part of AVN, P cells were in different developing states. ② The difference of P cells may serve as morphological basics for of the latent pacing and the conduction delay of AVN.
