蝶窦气化程度与相邻结构关系的研究

STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SPHENOID SINUS AND ITS SURROUNDED STRUCTURES

目的 :探讨大小不均蝶窦腔内有关结构的精确定位。方法 :选用 2 1例成人头部标本 ,进行蝶窦断层解剖的观察。结果 :蝶窦气化程度与颈内动脉 ,视神经 ,上颌神经存在相关关系 ,即上述结构随蝶窦外侧壁增长而变长。将上述测量换算为相对数值时 ,视神经位于外侧壁上 2 /3前部的 2 /5处 ,颈内动脉位于外侧壁上 2 /3后部的 1/2处。结论 :气化程度不同的蝶窦 ,蝶窦腔内有或无显著性隆起的患者作相关结构的相对定位 ,为内镜手术提供指南。

Objective:To search exact location of some structures within the spehenoid sinus.Methods:The sectioned anatomy of sphenoid sinus was observed with 21 adult cadeveric head specimens.Results:Sphenoid sinus size of phenmatization was related with the internal carotid arlative one so that the structures were located in the different pheumatizations. The optic nerve was located in the anterior two-fifths part of upper two-thirds of sonse sphenoid sinus lateral wall and the internal carotid artery in its posterior half of upper two-thirds.Conclusion:If the peunatization in the sphenoid sinus varied greatly or the bulges of sonse structures were nuts pronounced with the sphenoid sinus, the internal carotid artery and optic nerve could be located according to the results.
